Your own private studio!

East London Hen Parties is owned by Strong + Bendy fitness studio in Hackney Wick. This means we are able to provide your own private studio just for you and your hens.

Fully equipped with everything you need for your chosen type of party. We have showers and changing and a beautiful garden you can have access to after your session.

All the info…

  • We run parties on Fridays and Saturdays between 2-9pm and Sundays after 2pm.

    Enquire ASAP about your preferred date and time as we get booked up quickly during peak wedding season (April - September).

    We might be able to accommodate a different time or day of the week, so if Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday doesn't work for you, still get in touch!

  • £35 per person, based on a minimum of 10 people.

    £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

    £100 non refundable payment is due 2 weeks before your party.

    Balance due on the day.

    The £150 paid is deducted off the balance due.

    Some activities are subject to an extra fee. For example Drag Aerobics is an additional £10 per head to pay for the amazing Drag Queen. Or flower arranging workshops after yoga are charged at an additional £70 per head.

    Get in touch for specific info on your preferred party.

  • The capacity depends on the activity you wish to do, but as a guide:

    Dance workshop, max: 34 people

    Boxing workshop, max 20 people

    Pull-up workshop, max 20 people

    Yoga workshop, max 24 people.

    The above is just a guide, so it's worth getting in touch to discuss specifics.

    Bookings require a minimum of 10 people.

  • You can arrive 15 mins before your designated workshop time to settle in and meet the teacher.

    Your workshop will be 90 mins long and will be delivered by an expert in their field.

    No experience is needed for any of the activities, we will make the experience as easy or as challenging as you like based on your requirements.

    Every workshop will be fun and playful, and you're welcome to bring your own drinks.

    Every workshop will have an element of making the bride centre stage, for example: in a dance workshop she will have a 'solo' part of the routine.

  • Most people go out into Hackney Wick after their session with us, so you have access to showers and changing, as well as the studio to get ready for 1 hour after your workshop.

    We also have a beautiful garden you can relax and have drinks, play your playlists and carry on the party while your crew get ready.
